When I was younger, taking care of my appearance seemed a given, I had professional obligations where I had to be particularly well-groomed, without exaggeration of course, but for about 40 years of my career, I don't remember ever appearing without at least lipstick and undyed hair!<\/p>\n

However, growing up and reaching 60, I discovered that my relationship with beauty and also my priorities changed significantly. It is no longer a superficial process and maybe a bit obligatory at times, but an act of love and respect for myself.<\/p>\n

I remember the first time I noticed wrinkles appearing on my face. It wasn't something that scared me that much, but it made me think about how I want to continue to take care of myself. For me, beauty at 60 isn't about "fading" the signs of time, but honoring the journey I've been on.<\/p>\n

My daily skincare routine is a moment of personal relaxation. It's not just about looks, it's about how it makes me feel. After spending a few minutes in front of the mirror, I feel refreshed, full of energy for my day. It's like a small way of showing myself that I deserve care and attention.<\/p>\n

As for confidence? It's incredible how much a woman's mood can change when she feels good about herself. When I look in the mirror and see a face that has lived, laughed, loved, it fills me with pride. I'm not trying to change who I am, but to bring out my best self, to feel alive and confident in every moment of my life.<\/p>\n

I've learned that beauty at 60 is a statement. It states that it's not age that matters, but how we feel inside. Taking care of myself is not a vanity, but a reminder that I deserve to take care of my body and soul, enjoy each day, and embrace my age with grace.<\/p>\n

I'm into beauty because it makes me feel strong, present and confident. At 60, taking care of myself is an act of love, and it's the most beautiful aspect of my life.<\/p>\n
