UVA and UVB rays work silently, all year round, and especially in months like May \u2013 when the temperature rises but the summer consciousness is still a little slow to "wake up".<\/p>\n

As beauty lovers, responsible beings with skin we want to love in our 20s, 40s, and 60s, it's time to redefine our relationship with sun protection. Because it's not just another step in our routine \u2014 it's the most crucial!<\/p>\n

Find the texture that suits you in gel, light emulsion, matte cream or tinted fluid. Combine it with skincare you already love as there are excellent SPF with hyaluronic, vitamin C or niacinamide.<\/p>\n

Use it without fear and with passion, at least 1\/2 teaspoon for the face and neck. Your skin will thank you in the future!<\/p>\n

If you're one of the 90% people who forget to put sunscreen on their ears, don't feel bad \u2014 but start remembering. Lips need protection just as much. Invest in a lip balm with an SPF of at least 30, especially if your lips get dehydrated easily or if you use products with retinol or acids.<\/p>\n

As for the nape and the back of the neck, they are areas that the sun "sees" first and later... the mirror, with signs of aging that could have been avoided.<\/p>\n

There are now excellent leave-in sprays with sunscreen filters for hair, with textures that are not heavy or greasy. If you dye your hair, you need them more than you think.<\/p>\n

A body sunscreen in the form of a mist or emulsion with a light scent and quick absorption can become your ally in everyday life. Don't forget the neck, the back of your hands and the soles of your feet if you wear sandals.<\/p>\n

Sunscreen and Makeup: Enemies or Partners?;<\/strong><\/p>\n

No enemies at all. Now, there are great products to re-apply sun protection during the day, such as SPF face mists, tinted sunscreen powders, and invisible sticks that apply over foundation without altering it.<\/p>\n

Reapplying SPF every 2-3 hours is doable, as long as you have the right tools.<\/p>\n
