Olympia Petsoudis: From the paths of athletics to inspirational guidance

Olympia Petsoudi was born in Giannitsa and moved to Thessaloniki in 2004 to study. As a PAOK track and field athlete and member of the National Team, she excelled in the 100m hurdles. With the 5th best performance of all time in Greece, and with distinctions in Panhellenic, Balkan and Mediterranean championships, Olympia stood out for her dedication and passion for sports.

Since 2010, she has been a coach, offering her valuable experience and knowledge to the athletes she coaches. She has produced champions, while also preparing candidates for military academies and the Greek Athletics Federation. At the same time, as a mother of two girls, aged 11 and 8, she manages to combine her dynamic professional activity with taking care of her family.

In an interview, Olympia talks about how her experience as an athlete shaped her and how the lessons she learned from competitive sports ultimately form the basis for success in every area of life.
