Your satisfaction is our priority at The Beauty Project. If you are not satisfied with our services, please read the Refund Policy below to understand the conditions and refund process.

1. Refunds for Subscription Services

Subscriptions to The Beauty Project concern the registration and promotion of businesses in a specially configured environment and require the provision of services from the moment of registration. Refunds for subscription services are only considered under certain circumstances, such as:

1.1 Return Policy for Non-Activated Subscriptions

  • If you have paid for a subscription but the service has not yet been activated or viewed on our website, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of payment.

1.2 Return Policy for Activated Subscriptions

  • In the event that your subscription has been activated and your business has been listed and displayed on our site, a full refund is not provided. However, in case of an error or problem with the service provided, we consider a partial refund, depending on the time of use of the service.

1.3 Subscriptions Over 14 Days

  • No refunds are given for subscriptions longer than 14 days, unless there is proof of an inability to provide the service on our part.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us by email at info@thebeautyproject.gr and state the reason for your application. We will then review your request and notify you within 5 business days whether the return has been approved or rejected.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of payment.
  • The service must not be activated or there is a documented problem with the service being provided.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used during the original transaction. If you have paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to your corresponding card account within 5-10 working days after the request is approved. If you have paid by bank transfer, we will need your bank account details to process the refund.

5. Refund Exclusions

The following cases are excluded from the refund policy:

  • Subscriptions that have already started and 14 days have passed since payment.
  • Do not complain about problems that have not been communicated to us within the deadline.
  • Errors on the part of the user, such as incorrect information when registering the business.

6. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including your rights to request a refund in the event of a breach of the terms of service.
