Summer is not just a season – it’s a state of body and skin. Our skin’s needs change, as heat, humidity, sweat, sun and sea create a completely different environment than winter or spring. And if you hear everywhere that “you need 10 products and 3 rituals for your body”, don’t panic. We have the realistic, effective and enjoyable routine that will keep you glowing and protected whether you’re in the city or enjoying the beach.

Daily Care in the City – the ABSOLUTE essentials
If you live in the city, your body deals with pollution, humidity, sweating, intense sunlight, and commuting. You need a routine that combines cleansing, hydration, and protection.
Cleaning
Showering daily with a gentle, non-drying body cleanser is non-negotiable. Opt for formulas that are sulfate-free and rich in moisturizing ingredients like aloe, panthenol, or coconut oil.

Exfoliation (2 times a week)
Remove sweat, dirt, and dead cells with a body scrub with natural grains or AHA acids for shine and better absorption of moisturizer.
Hydration
We don't do discounts here. Use a body lotion or gel with hyaluronic acid or glycerin, depending on your skin type. If you sweat a lot, prefer gel-cream textures.
Sun protection (yes, even in the city)
The body – especially exposed areas (shoulders, décolleté, hands) – needs daily sun protection. A light SPF30-50 body spray is a must.

Beach – When your skin goes into “survival mode”
The factors here multiply: salt, sand, sun, constant showers and dehydration. That's why your body routine needs to be more strategic.
Sunscreen
Reapply every 2 hours. Choose water-resistant products and pay attention to areas we often forget: the back of the knees, neck, soles of the feet, behind the arms.
After-sun therapy
After the beach, shower with clean water and apply a soothing after-sun gel with aloe or allantoin. This step helps to “save” the skin before it has a chance to become dehydrated.
Deep hydration boost
Once a week, use an overnight body mask or body oil on fresh skin to strengthen its barrier.

Special Tips
Don't forget the soles! In the summer they are constantly exposed. Exfoliate and use a thick balm or night cream with urea.
Hair removal requires respect. Avoid hair removal before sun exposure and prefer moisturizing or soothing post-epilation products.
Don't forget to drink water. The beauty of the body begins with hydration from within.
Finally, less is more – but consistently. Summer body care doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be consistent. It's not the quantity of products that makes the difference, but the consistency of care. With smart choices, clean formulas, and a few good steps, your skin can radiate health, even under the hot sun.
